Refusal of after sales service of compute

This is all about how Hewlet packered sells their computer and after that they refuse to give after-sales service to its customer. We in the Andheri ESIC Hospital and occupational disease centre, MIDC, Central Road, Andheri East-400 093 Tel no-022 28367203-07. purchased six computers last year. one of those computers' monitor is not working any more since last four months although it is not even one year that we purchased it. Twice we registered our complaints, complaint numbers are Case no-CA0796960, Case no-CA0804234 respectively. But they are not coming down to repair/replace the monitor. I firmly believe there are hundreds of people who purchased their computers, must be having similarly some or other trouble and it is also sure that their complaints are not being attended to. The company has devised a method for registering complaint through call centre which is itself a very difficult task, if you do not believe me just try for yourself at least once to register your complaint. If somehow you have successfully registered, I am sure they will not come finally to attend your problem. But don't get misled by. their empty sweet words.

In view of the above, I think some consumer forum must take up the matter with the company and see that the company becomes more responsible to the needs of consumers. Thanking you,
