Did not received the pan card

Hello sir/madam,

I did not received my pan card so far I am tired sending them emails and confirming my mail address but still nothing happned I tried calling Mumbai customer service but nothing happned last time they replied me stating that the courier company visited my palce and send them report that I have changed my residential address which I have not done. They never called me and never responded me any any respect. Please Please help me as I need the PAN CARD ASAP as I have to submit the xerox copy in my co. so that my salary can get processed. This will be a great help.
