One of the worse Telecom service AIRTEL

Hi, I am a corporate client of Airtel I am having four coporate SIM card on my name, recently from past 2 weeks I had asked to stop the services of one of my number, despite of calling them almost everyday noone from Airtel is brothered to take the request and act on the request ASAP, everyday someone from the Airtel will call & will try to convience to continue the services by offering Luckarative offfers that they will give discount of 15 percent for next two months or change in Prepaid from Post Paid.

Its really Annoying when its come to get bussiness they will provide quickest service in order to start making money asap but if anyone is looking to discontinue the services or to stop the services they will give hell lot options to retain the serivvices...

Its really frustrating & annoying wasting so much time...

I think GOVT should take any action against them ASAP... they are simply harrassing customer like anything, VODAPHONE, RELIANCE are very good telecom providers when it comes to surrender the services... but Airtel mindset is to delay as much they can maximum to make more money by extending & not listening your surrender request that will finally make money which will be added in the comming billing Cycle
