I had taken a new connection from Vodafone (1 yr back) and I am repeatedly getting harrassment calls from Airtel, for some company named APEX credit on my new number. Inspite of repeatedly informing the Airtel customer care executive's time and again for over a year, the calls continue to come to me at my number. While I am writing this complaint, I have received another call from Airtel to assure me that this will not be repeated again.
I want to document this complaint as I am not sure that this will not be repeated and would definately take action against Airtel and file for harassment charges.
