Dear Sir,

We have orderd some elecronic components from Digikey America. They have dispatched the same through UPSP (United States Parcel Service) on 28th July. And was not deleiverd till 11th August. When we contacted USPS, they said it has reached cistomes clearence in India on 2nd August and they are waiting for clearence. On 9th Aug USPS send a mail mentioning - " The latest scan information regarding this item is your item is being processed by customs in INDIA. There is a possibility your package is being held in Customs. If it is, they will send you a detention notice within 30-45 days of its arrival in a Customs mail branch. Express Mail International has a delivery time of 3 - 5 days. "

Immidiately we tried to contact Indian customes department through mail to [email protected]. We received even automatic acknowledgement also from the maildomain :-

But nothing has moved till today!!!??? no reply for our comlaints from customes department till today 2nd Dec. Please let us know how do we proceed and who is responsible for this parcell.
