this is jeevan singh from chanidgarh, manimjara.
i had applied for a broadband connect connection (Home Platinum 1111kbps) through some agent named Sanjay Malik (Sales Code :00053) on 30th june who promised me to set up the connection by 2nd july.
today is 6th july and all i have a telephone wire with no connectivity.
i called up the customer care and the person asked me to call in the morning without even listening to me.
then i tried sending a complaint mail to [email protected] but the mail got bounced back to me with a failed delivery status. the agent has already charged me Rs/- 2050.
