Loan clarification details

I am G.ASOKAN, residing in 40, Mallappan Street, Allampatti, Virudhunagar-626001. I got a PAN NO: AIDPA0218K. I have applied a loan in KODAK MAHENDRA, they have informed me that i have got already a loan in for the amount of Rs-385000/- (three lakhs and eighty five thousand). As for as concern myself till now i have not yet got any loan for this amount. So please clarify me about the DETAILS of the loan.
