No Response for service request - pending since long

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have purchased a water purifier from the Civil lines Jaipur office of the company - Himalayan Natural Water Technologies for a sum of Rs. 14000/-

We are very sorry to say that we are facing problems with this purifier since long. and also reported the same earlier to Mr. girish at the contact no. provided to us for any service related query.

we have request the company officials to look into the matter & intervene and to contact Mr. Kailash Taparia @ / for details.

But inspite of reminder in writing through mail also, we havent received any reply from them.
