I am Saligram padmanabha Adiga, I hanve purchased one hero honda pleasure scooter on 3/9 at your authorised dealer nagashanti motors pvt limited belgaum, karnataka. Even though my friends at that time forced me to purchase honda activa scooter because it was very popular in our area but having some good regards about hero honda motors company about its all model of bikes service. Having this knowledge and good impression about the company I decided to purchase hero honda pleasure scooter which suites for me as I am running 56 yers old. Unfortunately, I contacted nagashanti mortors private limited who is very near to my residence and purchased a vehicle pleasure having register number KA-22 EA 957
After purchase, I have done first second service. On the second service on 14/6 I took a leave for my service and gave my vehicle for service to nagshanti motors at 8:30 A.M and waited there in waiting room. Having a lot of rush I think they have not done the service of my vehicle upto 4 P.M then I got angry and asked them as to when will my vehicle be taken to service. They told to wait me till 5 o'clock eve.
At about 5:00 P.M they washed my vehicle and told to take it. Even they have not tightned the rear view mirror which I have complained .then I ahave complained about kick starter, this also was not handled by them hereafter as per your 6 service slips mentioned oil change and oil checkup are regularly done.
Sir, just washing the vehicle and giving back to customer is your service for new vehicle? You have mentioned service voucher about 24 mandatory checks, in these they have attended only for the washing vehicles.
seeing this I complained the manager of service center and asked the mechanic also.ultimately, I confirmed that they attend the vehicle only if there is any major defects oterwise they will just wash the vehicle and give as it is...
Sir, really HERO HONDA PLEASURE vehicle is good but your dealer nagshanti motors takes interest only about the sales not for service after that.
On 2 of september while going to office my vehicle stops. After half an hour, I went to dealer along with vehicle for checking and service and also told them to make major checkup of the vehicle because it stops on riding but that day also they have not checked it thoroughly instead they just cleaned the carborator and gave the vehicle back to me.
So again on 3 sept I took vehicle to the dealer at 4 P.M which the service center was closed due to ganesh procession. I handed over the vehicle there and gave the keys to security present over there. On 4th sept I gave cvomplaints about the vehicle but service center manager and owner not at all gave any positive answer still the vehicle is lying in service station only without repair.
Sir, I have given the vehicle on 2nd of sept and I have purchased the vehicle on 3rd sept. So this is within the warranty period.
Sir, if there are more than 100 vehicles for serviceses then he denies then why should he sell more than 100 vehicles a day when he cannot service the same?
Sir, having a very good impression about HERO HONDA COMPANY I request you to please involve in this and advice NAGSHANTHI MOTORS owner belgaum, karnataka to repair my vehicle and hand it over to me as early as possible.
