We have ordered 'Dan Brown's Lost symbol on Sep 22 . After one month also, item never reached us.
Now we raised a complaint online, but no one has even updated on that. So we called up customer care twice to cancel the order. Both times they said by evening they will cancel. When we called the third time, the person says it is not yet cancelled. We want to cancel the order and get our money refunded.
