Sir,
My name is partha sarathi das. I am an Ex-Student of National Institute of Technologe (Regional Engineering College), Durgapur in the department of Electrical Engineering. I completed my M.Tech from there and I was among the top five students (CGPA:8.37) from my department. I sit in the campus recruitment drive and got a job at HCL Technologies 22 aug. You already know that I was not allowed to sit for other companies as I already take the offer letter from HCL.In my offer letter it was mentioned that I have to signed an agreement for 18 months from the date of joining with a value of one lach twenty five thousand rupees. During my stay at NIT, Durgapur they never make contact with me not with the placement cell regarding this issue. After about one year latter before joining they imposed one condition upon me that you have to find one person who is tax payee in INDIA and have at least RS. one lach twenty five thousand in his bank account. They never say this or they never wrote it in my offer letter
Which was given to me at the time of interview. I have no option then. I find one person and my father gave him RS.one lach twenty five thousand to become my Guaranteer.
Then I joined HCL on 22 nd AUG.According to agreement I can leave this organization after 21st, Feb. First I took one training and then I got placement with in HCL.Recently from about few months back HCL (MY manager, BU HR, HR manager) behaves me in such a way so that I by myself submit the resignation letter and leave HCL .So that they claim the money from me. They create such a bad work environment for me so that I become frustrated. They snatched my computer from me throw me out of the office and asked me to sit in there library, to help the librarian such as cleaning the tables of the library, stacking the books. They force me to work with the cleaning stuff of the library. But still I did not submit any resignation letter. On 3rd october they send me one mail written that I have Resigned and I have to go from HCL.
But I did not submit any resignation letter…….
There claiming is totally false...
They want the Bond Money from me...
So they make such a drama...
I am a good student at my college…….
Once in mental pressure I decided to commit suicide…….
But thinking about my wife and parents I decide to write you this mail……To get proper justice…………
I do not even know whether my guaranteer would give back the money to my parents or not.
PLEASE HELP ME.GIVE ME SUGGESSION WHAT I WILL DO NOW???
