After Sales service issue / No Spares

Hi,

We bought this Hindustan Lever PureIT Water Purifier in Nov. Our Customer ID is 1926139695.

Ordered for Batterey kit & Micro fibre Mesh from custumer service on phone in the month of February 09. However only the battrey kit was sent, but not the Micro fibre Mesh. Then in April 09, we again ordered for Batterey kit & Micro fibre Mesh. Custonmer service promised to deliver both of these in 7 days. However, this time also, we recieved only the battrey kit. On following up on 18-Apr-09 customer service informed that that the Micro fibre Mesh was not ordered. The customer service rep then said that she is placing an order & assured delivery in 3 days. However there is no sight of the Micro fibre Mesh.

This is unwarranted from a company like Hindustan Lever. I learn from my friends that every one who bought the PureIt water filter is suffering for spares.

I will approach consumer court for this.
