I have booked for a HLL PureIT Battery Kit a month back on 17/10/08 (Response Number-S08/BLR0102-012098) and so for those executives didn't deliver me with one. My repeated phone calls to the Customer Care and mails were in vain.
I never seen such a bad response in my life so for. And i don't know where to move from here. There promise to deliver battery for a charge of 300Rs. in three working days is utter NON-SENSE
I lodged complaints with customer care executives on following dates

Executives dont even connect us to higher authorities so that we could get some valid explanation.
