I have purcharged pure it last 2 year's back.

I have so many time complainted customer care. But no response at pure it. I am again contacted Store incharge Mr. Suresh babu mobile.9841353544 four month ago he also very useless. Technician Mr. Chandru attented first person and Second person Mr. Sekar 9840670576 he had broke the inlet botton tube. And so many people I have contacted customer care nobody attend my complaint. I am very upset. Now again contacted Umbrella sale person at poonamallee, parry, Gpo Parry, T.nagar, collector customs office chennai -1, chennai trade centre nandambakkam, Month feb08 at trade fair at Island. All complaint entered in register.

Pls need the solution.
