A water filter supllied by Hindustan Lever named Pureit during Dec has become out of order. there is no response for complaints with no proper person, service agent or complaint cell responding over 15days. This really spoil the image of multinational company like HUL very badly. Customer are left with no other option than complaining to cosumer courts.
