I had registered a complaint in your costomer care cell for the replacement of the battery kit on 17th of Oct & was promisd to have the kit replaced within 5 working days, but nothing happened . on the 23rd of Oct i called again checking for the batery kit replacement call given on the 17th Oct, here your costomer care associate had promised to get it done on the same day or the very next day. But no body turned up for the replacement of the battery kit, On the 27th Oct at 17:51 hrs i received a SMS from PUREIT reading as follows (Dear costomer, your complaimt no C091645556 has been attended. Please give your feedback as '' SER 1'' if satisfied els '' SER 0 '' if unsatisfied to 09223200200. team Pureit.
Now tell me what am i soppose to be doing for such kind of costomer care serviceses.
I am still waiting for the battery kit to be replaced by Pureit.
