Non delivery of LPG gas

Dear sir,

I had booked for refill of LPG gas on 03 Feb in Poonam Enterprises, Raj market near Jagdeo path, Raja Bazzar, Patna and my waiting list was 09.My consumer number is -600848.But till to date gas is not delivered at my home. On enquiry they promise to deliver in two days but they have not done so as yet. I am fed up with thier callous attitude.

I request HPCL authorities to take stern action against the dealer so that other people like me should not suffer in future.
