Non-receipt of coupons and non-delivery

I am a Subscriber of Hindustan Times since last 2 years. Last year I had registered Hindustan times new paper for 2 years. I had given the Cheque of Rs. 195/-. I have not received any Coupons till date. HT staff promise delivery of coupons every time you call them.
