I Mr. Sabyasachi Dhalasamant have subscribed Hindustan Times for 2 year on 15th September. The same subcription has been renewed for 2nd year but it was not delivered to my address because of address change. I have updated the address with Hindustan Times Call center in the month of August and same has been confirmed by the concern executive.
Since 15th Sep 2008 I have been follow up with Hindustan Times and they have given there Area Executive Mr. Ankush’s mobile number co-ordination. He again gave one of the executives number Mr. Mahesh for follow-up but all went in vein.
I am constantly following up with Hindustan Times call center and there executives for same but no one is reverting.
Please help me claim my coupon to avail the Hindustan Times Daily News Paper.
