Dear all,
I had purchased Hindustan unilever's Pureit water filter in 2008 (Cust. ID-1926336145), we have had 1 battery change since then.
On 18th june I had lodged a complaint regarding the change to their complaint no. 9229200300.
Since then I had called to them at least 10-12 times for a meager change.
A Multinational company Like 'Hindustan Unilever' shouldn't boast off their services, if they have such a poor service network & only sing their product on Silver screens.
I would never recommend of this product to anybody even if its a low price product.
I hope there would be somebody who could resolve this small (yet so essential problem, as its related to drinking water) problem of mine.
