First of all i want to give thank to Indian Consumer Complaint Forum for forward my compalint. I ahve registered my compalint against Hindustan Unilever on 15.6.09 regarding the services and misbehavoiur done by the costimer care.
With effect from your action they called us after 3 days and appologies, but pls note that till date services has not done.
Now I asked them for compensation for the mis behaviour/ abused done by them, compensation for the inconvience faced by me regulary as i have already mentioned that i have to purchase water from outside,
Also i want to claim their challenge for 1 crore as the water is not pure, always there is ants inside the purifier for which we have to clean time to time. One more thing i observed that around 1 liter water is always remains in the purifier that water has not circulate. I think this is not good/safe.
I have told all these things to them but they are not taking serious action. everytime i called them but there is no reply from them. Today after my wife's call they are saying o.k we can give you free battery only not compensation.
As this problem is for every six months because there is auto cut system in the purifier. I told them that we d'nt require your service as we have no stamina for every six months,
Pls take the appropraite action. we will be very thankful to you.
