We had purchased Hindustan Unilever Pureit water purifier on 10-03. The problem is with service regarding battery change. In the present instance, even after several reminders the battery is not being changed. The battery is not changed even after 3 months. Customer ID is 1925690633 NEHA. Pls change the battery immediately.
