Poor quality of germi kit / very poor service

I have logged a complain dated 12june C102295237, this complain regarding germy kit, I have buy new germikit at 14 may with in a month its showing red.

For this complaint ur excutive comes on 14 june

and said to us this could be replace with in to days. But still now its pending. Regarding this I have call to ur help line no, each and every time, they gives us new complain no ie 102341156, 102351968, but ur excutive not come again for that complains no.

Kindly replace the germi kit asap.

I am not satisfy with ur services because after 12 days condition is same as before.
