No response for Battery Change

I Stay in Mumbai and have made calls several times on the customer support no. but unfortunately there is no response.

It is sad to know such a big name like yours cant provide good customer service.

Is it that the job is over after the sales of goods is done.

Kindly provide some customer service number who will be able to respond to queries & provide service.
