I purchased Hindustan Unilever PureIt in the end of May from Ambattur office, chennai. The marketing was done so good and they assured of defect free product with a warranty of 6 months. But my battery kit expired within 1 month of purchase. When i called up Ambattur zone for replacement of this defective product since it is under warantty, i got a very bad response. The executives are not picking up the call and not responding properly. They are talking abusively. I then called up the customer care number but everytime they assure that they will send a service person to replace the battery kit but they cheat us by not sending them. I have been following up with them for 3 months. This is not the way a big company like HLL should behave with customers. If you are not going to respond, i am going to return the product to your ambattur office and file a case in consumer court against you. This is a warning for you!
