Hindustan Unilever/Pure it product
New Battery

I am Bhushan Parab I bought pure it Hindustan Unilever Product From Jalaram Agency Bhayander (West) Thane 401101 on 15 Jul-08 After 5 month I have change my pure it battery kit. Now after 7 month the pure it is non-working properly So I went to above mention vendor and described my problem So after that they sent one of there staff with me check the problem. When there staff is come to my home & check the product he realised that battery kit fitted is duplicate which is already used & battery is coloured with white colour so that no one can catch them. In battery there is indication that if battery colour is turn from white to red colour is indication to change the battery. But in our case battary colour is already red and they painted over white colour. Because of that we didn't get pure water for last 7 month that cause my mother get virul infection & She is on bed for 15days. When I approach above mention vendor he was not responding & say do whatever you want.

So please look into the matter & take action.
