Non Recipt of Invoice and leakage in Unit

I contacted the HUL Pure it Helpline for a demo on 11/6 and on 12/6 their Alandur, Chennai Branch sales person Mr Senthil (contact no 9710692570) came with a demo unit and on the same day delivered a new unit bearing no "RPM0500479499". I paid cash to Mr Senthil based on the order booking form. Mr Senthil informed me that due to power outage he could not get me the original Invoice and assured to get me the Invoice the next day. I have to inform you despite my repeated calls to Mr Senthil he has not sent/bring the original Invoice till date.

I also to inform that there is leakage on the right side bottom of the unit and the help line refused to take my complaint without the ref no of the Invoice which has not been delivered to me till date.

If this is the way things are being handled in a MNC I am afraid it sends a wrong message about the brand.

I expect an early redressal of my complaint and an apology from the field staff.
