I have purchased pure it and now it has become my mistake

many of my friends adviced me to not to purchase it... but i baught.within in 3 months its battery indicater become red. I have already written my complaint before 1 month through this website and two executive came from the company and checked it and they also agree that there is some mistake in the product and i give in written and they said that they will replace the battery with in a week but the truth is that no one came from the company..

i just want to say this company is not reliable... not reliable
