Hindustan Uniliver Pureit
Not getting pure wate

I am facing problem with the hindustan pureit. My dad bought Hindustan Uniliver Pureit on 24/4/10, retail invoice # IS10/480-388 and its just SECOND month and the battery has turned red although we haven't filtered even 70 to 80 lts of water and we are not getting not even a drop of water out of it now and we already complained many times and not getting any response. This is not expected out of the company. We rely on the brand name and this is what we get in return. I kindly ask u to look in to the problem.
