1.Hitachi has sold a product with defective parts as commited by hitachi service team.
2 Service team more than 10days to get my AC unit repaired & in the process damaged the fins of my Ac unit.
3.The performance of the units has deteriorated after the replacement of D pipe and there is no one from the service to take care of it.
the service team has been trying to cover up your faults & justifying me that every thing will go as per you policies & by giving a etented waranty of 6 months. I have my right to get proper justice from the higher authorities if you cant resove the issues. I 'll make sure that the example goes public so that no one in future buys these defective machines.
