I had purchased a Window AC of Hitachi make in April; the same was covered under one year warranty. However, in Feb. the AC remote was non-functional and I submitted it to the dealer* from whom I had bought the AC.
It is now about three months since, and I have not yet got back the remote - neither repaired not replaced putting me to utmost inconvenience right through the peak summer months.
Please suggest where to and with whom should I take up the matter for its resolution?
