NOT RESPONDING & NOT RECTIFYING

Customer Care Hitachi.

As we are already convenience our problem to one of your Customer care in Ahamdabad and she ensure our compliance will be rectify the last E-Mail which we have sanded and we found we have been sold the damage product because we shift in this office at the month of September and that time we did not used the all the A/C but 2 A/C which we have used both has been refilled 2 time because of leakage of gas and there was some internal wring was also damage where Mr Khana from (S.E. AIRCON PVT.) if this thing will continue we will send you complain and may we change the unit but unfortunately they do not have time to rectify what is actual problem right now the temperature is 44 degree out of 5 unit 1 unit is properly cooling rest them is not working and yesterday we have convenience Please send someone to check and he ensure today morning we will send someone to check but unfortunately till the time we hope this time we will received the reply from you side otherwise we know our option thanks.
