I send my person to book the ticket from bangalore to Aizawl (Mizoram). I checked in the website of yatra.com. It mentioned Rs 7353 is the fare for 23rd April. But when my person went there, they said the fare is Rs 10300 and add. I talk to them over the phone and asked them to check the rates for alternate dates. They said 22nd is available for Rs 7200 and add. And they said the flight no is different.(in the website they mentioned IT 431) I inform them, it dosn't matter. But when I recieved the ticket I shocked to see, they book the ticket to " Jorhat" (Assam) They changed my destination itself. When I call them on Bangalore Branch, they refuse to accept their mistake and orgues in very rude manner and also they informed that, they wont return the money, as it is non refundable. First off all, its not mistake from our side, and above that, they hide the fact that, even if its non refundable, customer should get back fuel cheges and taxes. When I orgued with them, then they told, it can be disussed if you come to office personally. I really, failed to understand their procedures. They booked for wrong destination, Their website showing different rates and they ask to pay different price, and bluntly refuse to refund the money (even their books shows that taxes are refundable) is it another way of making money? And the way they talk is really unprofessional and far from civilized society.
