Support and service staff is untrained and they don’t know how to change the kit. Leak of knowledge cause serious impact and my 5 yrs daughter got hospitalized due to intake of unfiltered (bacterial) water. Service guy don’t know how to fit the kit and due to improper fitting water was not filtered and unfortunately we don’t that are taking impure water.
