Worst Service of the HLL Pureit Water Filter after Sales

I registered a call on 8.5.09 to HLL Pureit Call Centre 9243100100 for replacement a tap and the micro fiber. Till date I have not received the order the day i called was exactly 8 am and the exec by the name Basvaraj told me that the system is slow and asked to call back and take the order #, also he advised that the order would be placed and the field exec would come and deliver it by 2 days and so till date that 2 day has completed for not HLL Pureit. I called up again on 11/5/09 to ask about it and then another exec advised it will be there at my place by end of day and that day also it did not come and today 12/5/09 I called them up again and now the first exec with whom i spoke to answered my call and advised that the service would be provided within 48 hrs (same 2 days) and so gave me a compliant number (C091106381) to satisfy me as i was on the call i am really getting sick of this stuff of calling your call center which is of no use, so i would like to know if i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers. This is not fair on your brand part to be so pathatic in tearms of srevice.

While selling the product, they run behind the customer, later for service, customer has to run/spend/waste time for complaints as they wont give a proper service.
