Re-policy no. S-410411959

The above policy was in custody of LICHFL again our housing loan which has fully cleared and housing documents and the above policy was returned to me in March.

The above policy had been matured while in their custody on 28/9, hence i was unable to claim the matured sum.

I have contacted and communicated with the original branch no.8 in Kolkata, wherein the policy was initiated. The have no mater records of the above and have asked me finally to get in touch with the servicing branch no.9352 of salary savings dept of Mumbai. I have written several times receiving no replies.

I have the following documents with me:

1.Original policy

2.Original receipt issued by LIC

3.Photocopy of a statement issued by Hoechst Marion Roussel Ltd, stating their submission of monthly premium with you upto April 1997.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THE ABOVE MATTER AND SETTLE THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST.

I do hope your company being the oldest Insurance co in India will pay attention and sort out these matters for small clients like us too. This will reassure our faith in your organisation and prevent us from going to private insurance cos in future.
