Non receipt of election card

Dear sir,

i have applied for election card in the month of august so far i have not received the card even for my family members: where i hav submitted the forms at 'subbiah memorial middle school ', Tennur, TIRUCHCHIRAPALLI 620017 to the electoral registration officer Ms. Lalitha no:140 LID 30 enquiry also has been conducted by concerned officer who came to my house and enquired also i have registered my family members who are major. The following are the details:

ramya surti-daughter on the date of registration 2.8.2008

pls help me in getting the election card
