Dear sir / Madam
We have provided BSNL Broadband connection in our Home on 29th March. After days ie. 30th evening onwards the line is not working.
We are facing regular problem for our land line also. OUR SERVICE EXPENSES is 4 times more than MONTHLY BILL.
We requested you to take some firm action in this regarding and provide a clear service to us.
