Go to www.orissa.bsnl.co.in and it will say that opening of this website will cause harm to the computer. For the last one month the BSNL Orissa portal is not accessible when portal of all other states are ok. It seems as if there is nobody to care about it. The landline bills are not being delivered nor you are able to see duplicate bill as the website is not accessible.
