I AM A BROADBAND USER FOR LAST FOUR YEARS.IN THE MONTH OF FEB 09 I HAD REQUESTED FOR CHANGE OF PLAN TO HOME LIMITED PLAN OF RS. 125/- PER MONTH.THEN IN THE MONTH OF AUG I HAVE AGAIN REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE PLAN TO RS.750/-PER MONTH I.E. HOME UNLIMITED.THIS WAS NOT CHANGED IN THAT MONTH.SO I WAITED FOR ONE MORE MONTH AND NOW I FIND THAT THE PRESENT BILL IS ALSO VERY HIGH I.E. MORE THAN RS.4000/-

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.THE BSNL SHOULD REFUND EXCESS AMOUNT TO ME FORTHWITH AND CORRECT THEIR RECORDS SO NO MORE ERRONOUS BILL ARE ISSUED.

INCIDENTALLY LET ME REMIND YOU THAT MY BILL PAYMENT IS THROUGH ECS AS I BELIEVED IN BSNL THAT THEY ARE REASONABLE PEOPLE. PL. DO NOT MY BELIEF BE FALTERED AND CORRECT THE BILLS ACCORDINGLY.

PLEASE INFORM THE ACTION TAKEN IMMEDIATELY.
