Sir,
I am residing in H-292, Kali Bari marg, New Delhi- 110 001. I wish to bring to your kind notice that for the past two years I am facing lot of harrasement from our local Junior engineers of cpwd office. My complaint has fallen into the deaf ears of our officers.
1. For the past two years I had given lot of complaint regarding cupboard which has been completely eaten by the termites i.e.(Dimaks). Not even a single piece of wood has been spared by the termites. Even our cloths and other items were eaten. I had requested to get it repaired, but everytime I give complaint I was promised that it will be get it done immediately. For the past two years I am hearing this kind of false promises from our cpwd officers? I had also requested the concerned officer to visit our residence to see the problem we are facing, but they never turned up.
2. All the windows are too old and some of the windows are completely broken. Inspite of several complaints this also has been attended.
3. Recent repairs made outside the quarters had created lot of damage to the balcony and other parts of the house. I had requested the concerned contractor and also JE to get it repaired. Even this has not been attended.
I request you to kindly intervene in this regard and see to it that my complaint is attended immediately.
