Unable to open mail box

I am V.LOGANATHAN, MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT a professional at 20/22 MALLEWAR KOIL STREET, MYLAPORE, CHENNAI 600004, TAMIL NADU, INDIA.

For quite some time I am having problems receiving and sending mails. The display states that we can send uto 20 MB s a retail consumer.

The communication from your dept. indicates that I cannot attach more than 5 attachments and each attachments should be limited to 1 MB.

Even when I send an attachment of 540 KB and another with 620 KB. capacity, the mail could not be sent and bounced back.

No viable answer is available from your department. With very great difficulty I got the mail id of Chief Generql manager, and I just got a reply which was already sent by your technical people.

This shows thqt even your CGM did not go through the request fully.

Today, now at 3.15 p.m. I opened the broad band connection but could not open my mail area. I dialled 1500 for complaints. After the usual recorded statements nobody answered the phone. I tried thrice each time waiting for nerly 10 minutes. The funniest part of it is that after some time the line automatically gets cut.

I just what to know what is happening in your department. Whether we can use your mail id are can we take it that the services of your department is totally useless without any consideration of customer reltions.

I had tried enough for the past one and a half month in trying to settle this problem.

I would like to know who can be approached for a viable solution and in the alternative let some authority give it in writing that they are unble to do it so that I can take an alternative message with a note to the highest authorities explaining all the reason for my decision.

Because of the inconsistent and totally unsupportive service I had already lost two franchisee chances and today because of not being able to establish connections, i am in the verge of losing one more consultancy assignment which is very costly at my age of 68 years.

I would like to know whether your department would bear the loss I am incurring?
