I am residing in H- 292 Kali bari marg, new delhi. on 12.05.2011 at 11.PM there was no power in my residence. I contacted 24x7 (1800114499) my complaint was registered vide complaint No. 23716457. Even after half an hour nobody came for repair. I visited the service centre at J-Block kali bari marg. But to my surprise nobody was available and the gate was locked. There was no alternative but to request ndmc electrician to get the complaint attended and they did so.
Next day I called the 24x7 and asked them that why my complaint has not been attended when it was an emergency. They said their duty is to take the complaints only and they gave me the number of JE and AE. I contacted these numbers but I could not get their numbers. I visited the service centre on 13th and to my surprise I found that the JE was out of station and AE was in no mood to cooperative with us. Then I asked the concerned electrician why my complaint was not attended then they said complaint received after 10PM will not be attended. The same will be attended next day. If this is the position of the governments emergency service then why they take the complaints and promise us that it will be attended immediately. Earlier there were electrician who would attend these complaint during the night hours. If these has been removed please let us know whom we should approach during emergency and let the concerned officer i.e. mr Yadav (JE electric) explain why these service has been removed
