Disconnection of broadband service

Sir,

I want to disconnect my telephone and internet serviice and i am trying to do that from past 10 days. I have more than 10 reference number regarding the same, talked to prateek (supervisor gurgaon), ashutosh (manager noida) but still my services are not disconnected. Your customer care executives and airtel outlet people gave no response even on written application submitted to vikas puri airtel outlet.

Please look into this matter otherwise i will not be left with any option except filling a case in consumer court.
