We bought a Wardrobe & Chester Drawer from Lifestyle, Noida (Great India Mall) & full payment was done against credit card at the date of purchase against Bill No. 708N/160889 dated 08.Aug'09. Delivery date was agreed on 13thAug & assembling within 48 hrs thereafter. Till date assembling has not been completed & a partially assembled product has been left which cannot be used as it is. We've been talking to various people in Lifestyle Noida & their approach is very casual & non-comittal. They only make one excuse or the other. Finally we spoke to Mr Anuj (9818482585) & he is also unable to give any firm date & time to complete the job.
Infact Lifestyle has sold the product to us against full payment without having all the accessories in their store. There have been times when delivery has been made late at night at wierd hours
There has been a lot of inconvenience caused due to the above reason & non-fullfilment of their written commitments on the "Home Delivery Form" Till date the work is still incomplete
