TATA WIMAX not refunding the advance money

Sir,

I have applied for Tata Wimax connection and when their sales team came i Paid them 3765Rs for 3 months connection and then next day their installation team came and said that there is no network connectivity in your area, and he gave me the copy of non installation form and i have also signed on the same. Every time when i am calling on the customer care no. they are saying that your money willl be refunded in 7days but its already 9 days no one is paying heed to this problem. We want new connection but our money is blocked with TATA. I have paid them on 1-march and the non installation form was provided on 2-march
