Damaged piece delivered and not changed the cot according to the specification given

Dear Sir,

This is reference to my purchase of Ferrari Cot bet at @ Home Bangalore, firstly they had delivered a defect product and myself gave an compalint at the shop and then they changed the cot which was not according to our specification given or seen at the time of order, further to this the concerened person told they would check with mumbai office and change the product, which did not happen, nothing has happen, now i am requesting them to give back my money back or give me the product which was told to them at the time order of purchase, they are just postphoning the problem and now they are offereing me a discount (gift voucher of -) which i am not interested. today one person Masoor ahmed had called this morning and spoke to me very roughly as if he has given the money for the product.this is not the service i am expecting from Neelakamal entp. kindly take some action against them
