Airtel Landline phone is Dead

Hi,

This mail is regarding my Airtel Landline, which is not working, infact dead from last 3 days. My airtel broadband also disconnected due to the same problem. Here I am mailing you to request you guys that please send any service guy to our house address to check exactly what is the problem with my phone and broadband. I am really disappointed and loosing my work because of poor internet and dead landline.
