Submitting cheques even after closure of loan

Even after closing my loan account LBHAS00000912100 ON oct 31 getting a closure letter on 17, nov icici bank is submitting cheques for payment in DEC 08!

even after getting refund of rs 4000 plus towards the loan!

what should we call this?

the best service? or taking people for ride?
