I want to know my rights in following case: I applied for a further housing loan in Dec.08.For the same I was sanctioned Rs.6.5 lac against to my applied Rs.10 lac. I was asked to deposit processing fee and stamp papers against sanctioned loan amount. It was January when cost of processing fee and stamp papers were abpout Rs.9000.Now March is going to end and I am always said for tomarrow for loan disbursement. What can I do in this case. I want either my money back or loan disbursement.
